Low Traffic Neighbourhoods Scrutiny Commission

The commission looked at the introduction of Low Traffic Neighbourhoods (LTNs) during the Covid-19 pandemic, the communication and evaluation of these interventions, and how the experience of LTNs can be used to inform future climate emergency measures.

The Cabinet report will consist of a cover report providing background, the Commission’s final report (including a series of recommendations), and a departmental action plan responding to these recommendations, for which approval will be sought.
