Housing Repair and Maintenance Contracts 2021

Further to the Council’s commitment to radically redesign its repair and maintenance services in pursuit of better quality, socially responsible and digitally-driven services, a decision to approve the award of 10 new housing repair and maintenance contracts and 2 reserve contracts is being proposed. Each proposed contract will have a term of 6 years plus two discretionary options for the council to extend for a further 4 years (6+4+4).

All of the proposed contract awards are the result of an OJEU-compliant public procurement process and each represents the most economically advantageous tender received and evaluated by the Council for that Lot - against an agreed quality and cost ratio (60% quality; 40% cost).
