Adoption of Statement of Licensing Policy 2019-2024

Formal adoption of the new Statement of Licensing Policy (‘Licensing Policy’) for the borough by Full Council.


The Council, as the Licensing Authority under the Licensing Act 2003 (and accompanying S182 Guidance), is required to publish a new Licensing policy every five years. The current Licensing Policy expires at the end of January 2019.
