To review the resolution of the 29th April
2016 to acquire and then transfer back to the owner of land at
Vauxhall Square for planning purposes.
It is proposed that the acquisition now takes place in two stages rather than one as originally proposed to reflect the programme for the acquisition by the developer of the site.
