Co-operative Local Investment Plans (CLIPs): Delivery Framework and Allocation Criteria
This report recommends approval of a framework to deliver Co-operative Local Investment Plans (CLIPs) across the borough following evaluation of the pilot CLIP covering Stockwell, Vassall and Larkhall wards which will be concluded in Autumn 2016.
CLIPs will help inform how the Council will invest the Neighbourhood element of the Community Infrastructure Levy (NCIL).
It also recommends specific criteria to allocate NCIL more flexibly beyond the seven CLIP boundaries approved in the Cabinet report of 4 July 2014.
