Resident Involvement in Housing Scrutiny Commission Report
The commission looked at how to improve
resident involvement in Lambeth in order to ensure
tenants/leaseholders are central in the decision making processes
that inform improvement in the delivery of housing works and
services, as well as achieving value for money and driving up
tenant and leaseholder satisfaction. The report will contain a
series of recommendations and associated departmental action plan
for which approval will be sought.
