Previous contract has been extended until December 31st 2015.

 

New contract required from January 1st 2016, for two years.

 

There are plans to reduce usage of this transport over the course of the new contract, but those that currently use it are assessed as requiring it as part of their assessed social care needs (Care Act 2014).
