The decision will enable the contract to be raised and the works undertaken. The total budget for the proposed works will result in the spend of circa £18m which is made up of Targeted Basic Needs and Basic Needs Funding.
The request for approval to appoint the successful tenderers for the construction contract will be presented in May 2014
