Enabling future investment in Brixton Central

The Brixton Central Masterplan is currently being co-produced with local citizens, with the next round of engagement due mid July 2014. This area of Brixton is identified within the Brixton Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) for new homes, employment, retail and leisure. As part of realising this opportunity the report proposes the acquisition of the headlease of International House, which sits in a key location within the Brixton Central masterplan area.
