a) Extend the existing controlled parking zone ‘H’ southwards on Croxted Road to its junction with Turney Road

b) Enable Southwark Council’s Zone HH permits to be valid for use on parking bays on the Lambeth side of Croxted Road in Zone H CPZ, noting that Southwark will be making a similar amendment to their relevant TMO to introduce a reciprocal arrangement for Zone H permits to park on Southwark’s side of Croxted Road.

2)    That in the event of no unwithdrawn objections being received, the scheme be implemented.

 

3)    That in the event of there being unwithdrawn objections, a delegated decision report be considered by the Assistant Director of Highways, Capital Programmes and Sustainability prior to a decision being made as to whether to implement, amend or abandon the proposal.

1.    To approve the use of £775,000 Strategic Community Infrastructure Levy receipts to fund specialist infrastructure that mitigates against risks arising from potential hostile vehicles.

 

2.    To issue scheme approval for the design and build of hostile vehicle mitigation measures in a phased approach as detailed in Part II of this report.

 

3.    That in respect of these works, to waive Contract Standing Orders under circumstance 17.2 (a) Sole Supplier, namely that it has been proven that only Allens Total Perimeter Security Ltd can deliver a product that meets both NaCTSO performance criteria and site constraints.

 

4.    To award a contract to Allens Total Perimeter Security Ltd for £551,461 from June 2019 to 31 May 2021 for the design and installation of the hostile vehicle mitigation infrastructure described in Part II of this report.
