The report seeks approval of a variation to the existing block contract with Excelcare contract (which provides most of its funded places for Lambeth residents at the three homes) to take into account the increase in the weekly fee rate from 1 April 2020 and to note the reduction of beds in the block contract from 273 to 240 from the 15 November 2020.
