(1)       To approve progression to statutory consultation on the proposed amendment of a parking bay(s), within:

(a)              in the case of 161 and 165 Elms Crescent, the Clapham ‘L’ CPZ, and;

(b)              in the case of 62 Wyatt Park Road, the Streatham Hill East ‘M’ CPZ

to accommodate the installation of new vehicle crossovers at locations set out in Appendix A;

 

(2)       That, subject to the above approval, to agree amendment of the relevant parking bays, and to the relevant Traffic Management Orders (TMOs) to accommodate the installation of these vehicle crossovers under sections 6, 45, 124 and Schedule 1 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and section 90A – L of the Highways Act 1980, subject to no material objections resulting from the statutory consultation process, but that any objections that are received are considered by the Assistant Director of Parking, Streetworks and Commercial by way of a written report before a decision is reached;

 

(3)       To note the Equality Impact Assessment attached at Appendix B;

 

(4)       To exercise discretion not to hold a public inquiry pursuant to Regulation 9 of the Local Authorities Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996.

1.         To accept the £3,300,800 National Lottery Heritage Fund grant towards the restoration of Brockwell Hall and related capital and revenue work under the NLHF’s terms and conditions

2.         To approve the release of £2,577,000 allocation towards Brockwell Hall Restoration in the Capital Investment Programme 2020/21 – 2024/25 and to allocate the remaining match-funding element of £278,143 from the Parks theme in the CIP.

1.         To approve Lambeth Libraries remaining a member of the Central Buying Consortium (CBC) and paying a management fee of 1% of the value of the of the amounts invoiced to Lambeth Libraries under the CBC Library Contract for 3 years.

 

2.         To use the CBC contract with Askews and Holts Library Services Ltd, the supplier selected via the tender process for the supply of books and DVDs, for three years from 01 April 2021 to 31 March 2024 inclusive at a cost of £270,00 per annum, including the 1% management fee, for 3 years.
