Decisions by Individual Cabinet Members, Cabinet and Committees

To approve the variation to the Internal Audit, Advisory Services and Anti-Fraud Services Contract with PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) for a value of £638,000 from a current contract value of £2.830m to an estimated contract value of £3.468m to design and implement a support structure for Children’s Services over February 2022 to September 2022.

1.         To note spend of £89,000 for the period 1 April to 1 June 2022

2.         To approve the additional expenditure of DLUHC grant funding to OSL for the development of the RIPA tool from 1 June 2022 to 31 March 2023 at a cost of £445,000 and a total contract value for 2022/23 of £534,000.

1.         To waive contract standing orders 8.2 to directly award a contract to UKPN for the upgrade of electrical infrastructure at the Shakespeare Road Depot, for the period 8 July 2022 to 30 September 2022 for the sum of £398,160.

To waive Contract Standing Order 8.2 to: 

1.      Extend the Pharmacy Sexual and Reproductive Health Services provided by fourteen pharmacies from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2024 increasing the current contract value from £600,000 to a revised total value of £1,000,000.

2.      Approve a variation of the current contract to include an additional Pharmacy to increase the capacity of the provision and meet the needs. 

1.         To approve the variation of the Farthest Gate Civil Enforcement Systems Contract value by £1,040,000, from £2,875,860 authorised in 2018, to a maximum value of £3,915,860, to regulate the contract to expected spend until the end of March 2023.

1.    To agree the framework for distribution of the £2.7m Q1-2 Household Support Fund as set out in paragraph 2.5

2.    To agree the £1.5m summary framework for distribution of the Q1-2 Council Tax energy Rebate Discretionary Fund as set out in paragraph 2.5

1.         To award a contract for the provision of the communal door replacements for the St. Matthew’s Estate to Gerda Security Holdings Ltd, as a direct call off, under the Pretium Frameworks – Fire Safety Services Lot 1, for a period of 6 months and for the overall budget sum of £410, 194, commencing in May 2022.

1.    To approve the variation of the contract to lead consultants muf architecture/ art by the sum of £145,810 for design services and delivery of capital prototyping and co-ordinating activation.

1.      To waive contract standing order 8.2 on the grounds of demonstrable best interest and directly award contracts to current providers Mayfair Homecare and One Housing Group for two years with the option to extend for a further three plus one years for a maximum of five years. The contracts will run from 20 June 2022 to 19 June 2024  or 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2024.

2.      To waive contract standing order 8.2 on the grounds of demonstrable best interest and directly award a contract to current providers Notting Hill Genesis Housing Association for a minimum of 6 months and up to one year whilst both parties determine their longer-term commissioning and delivery plans for Lambeth. The contract will run from 1 July 2022 until latest 30 June 2023.

1.         To waive clause 8.2 of the Council’s Contract Standing Orders to award a contract to Single Homeless Project, for the provision of a housing-related support service for seven unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people in the Moyers Road building, for twelve months with proposed dates from 27 June 2022 to 27 June 2023 at a cost of £129,322.35.
