1. To approve the retention of Avison Young in respect of the provision of Commercial Property services for the Brixton Central project (Stages 2-4) and to approve a contract extension and variation of the value of £50,618 to support work required up to December 2021 to allow the delivery of a competitive procurement exercise through to conclusion and the provision of final recommendations.
2. To approve the retention of Trowers & Hamlins in respect of the provision of Legal services for the Brixton Central project (Stages 2-4) and to approve a contract extension and variation of the value of £162,684 to support work required up to December 2021 to allow the delivery of a competitive procurement exercise through to conclusion and the provision of final recommendations.
3. To allocate additional capital feasibility funding of £238,714 (including contingency) to support the delivery of the Commercial Property services and Legal services in support of the Brixton Central project.
