(1) To agree for consultation and further design work to be focused on a single site on the estate; a residential tower in the location of the current ballcourt.
(2) To agree the draft engagement timetable (paragraph 11) leading to a decision on a preferred option in March 2017 (provisional date).
(3) To consult on landscaping and estate improvements proposals (see paragraph 2.18).
(4) To undertake further work to explore a feasible and financially sustainable option for the provision of community facilities with residents and the housing management service (see para 2.17).
