Decision:

1.            To approve the award of contracts to Smart Transport Hub Ltd (Primary) and Project Centre Ltd (Secondary) for the period 1 June 2022 to 31 May 2026, at a maximum value of £600,000, with the option to extend for a further two (2) years with a maximum contract value of £900,000 if extended. The value will be split between suppliers based upon Smart Transport Hub receiving first option on any projects with Project Centre Ltd acting as secondary supplier. As such at commencement of contracts Smart Transport Hub will have a value of £500,000 and Project Centre Ltd £100,000, however as these are call off amounts the Council will reserve the right not to spend these amounts on either. The contract manager will monitor spends to both suppliers to ensure the maximum value is not exceeded over the contract period.
