Decision:

To award a Strategic Asset Partner contract to Savills for an initial contract term of three years with effect from 17 January 2022 to 16 January 2025 for a total cost of £4,028,250. Subject to contract performance, the Council has the option to extend for two additional one-year periods from 17 January 2025 to 16 January 2026 and 17 January 2026 to 16 January 2027, giving a maximum contract term of 5 years with a maximum contract value of £6,713,750.
