1.                To extend the contract with Matrix Supply Chain Management (Matrix SCM), for the provision of agency workers for the period from 11 September 2021 to up to 30 September 2022, through the YPO framework. The value of the extension is estimated to be £36.4m, taking the proposed total value of the contract to £164.4m.
