The decision to extend the current contracts will enable the Council to continue to provide supported housing to vulnerable rough sleepers and single homeless people in Lambeth.


1.         To note the spend from 1 April 2021 to 30 June 2021 for an amount of £1,023,008.25

2.         To extend nine contracts for the provision of supported housing for single vulnerable adults for the period of 1 year from 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022 at a total value of £4,092,033. Please see breakdown of contract values below:
