Recommendations

(1)          To approve the allocation of £825,000(capital) of Community Infrastructure Levy to support public realm improvements to Brixton Station Road and Beehive Place and associated project management resource;

 

(2)          To approve £700,000 (capital) of borrowing to support the conversion of storage space at the Rec into workspace;

 

(3)          To enter into and deliver against a Grant Agreement with the GLA for the Regenerating Brixton’s Rec Quarter project for up to £4,495,000 (£4,395,000 capital and £100,000 revenue), including up to £2,070,000 (capital) and £100,000 (revenue) grant funding from the GLA.
