2.         To novate contracts for ongoing professional services which support the delivery to Lambeth.   There are two contracts: 

a.    Arcadis LLP, who are providing cost consultancy, contract administration, structural engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering services for the programme.  The approved cost for this is £538,456, started in July 2015 and will conclude in January 2019.  

b.    Erect Architecture who are providing architectural design and principal designer services for the programme, started in July 2015 and will conclude in January 2019.  Their fees are  £216,171 and have been approved by NCB
