To agree a process for prioritising acquisition of new homes on estate regeneration schemes.
Decision:
(1) To adopt the process as set out in Section 2, to ensure that prioritisation of early buy backs under the Key Guarantees on regeneration estates is given to those in greatest need and demonstrated by owners’ circumstances.
