Purpose:
To agree the expenditure on off-site services
to be funded by the s106 receipts.
Decision:
1. To approve payment to South Bank Employers Group Ltd for the delivery of community initiatives at a cost of £724,352 in 2016-17, noting that an interim payment of £362,176 was authorised on 23 February 2017.
2. To enter into a written agreement with South Bank Employers Group Ltd commencing financial year 2017-18 for the provision of works and services required to manage the environmental impacts of the London Eye on the immediate area, with authority to agree the terms delegated to the Delivery Director of Housing Management.
