Purpose:
Decision to extend s75 agreement for a year to the end of March 2018 and to enable the CCG to contract on behalf of the council for children’s services with Guy’s & St Thomas’ Trust.
Decision:
(1) To approve regularising the extension and variation of the s75 partnership agreement between Lambeth Council and NHS Lambeth CCG for 2016/17 including the council’s financial contribution of £16.225m.
(2) To note the council’s extension and variation of the s75 partnership between Lambeth Council and NHS Lambeth CCG for 2016/17.
