Purpose:
To approve the appointment of the development management team for Cressingham Gardens Estate following a two stage procurement process.
Decision:
(1) To approve the appointment of Mott MacDonald as the development management team for Cressingham Gardens for a fixed price of £6,674,496, to commence work in early 2017 with an estimated completion date in 2024.
(2) To include in the Development Management Agreement a break clause at each RIBA stage to enable review of project progress and limit the council’s liability if progress of project is not proceeding as planned.
