Purpose:

The decision is to approve the outcome of the tender for short breaks services for children with disabilities

Decision:

1.    To approve the award of a 2 year contract to the following providers starting from 1st April 2017 to 31 March 2019, with two possible one year extensions  at cost of £2,224,932.

 

·         Royal Association of the Deaf (lot 3)

·         Whippersnappers (lots 1, 2, 3)

·         Lifelong Family Links (lots 1, 2, 3)

·         Ovalhouse (lots 2, 3)

·         Wheels for Wellbeing (lots 1, 2, 3)

·         Charlie Chaplin Adventure Playground (lot 3)

·         Moving Matters (lots 1, 2, 3)
