Purpose:

The extension (with savings of varying amounts) of 4 contracts for this London-wide programme (commissioned and managed by Lambeth) for HIV prevention. The services comprise outreach, condom distribution and media campaigns.


Decision:

1      To waive contract standing order 9 to extend the contract for LHPP condom distribution and outreach services for the 24 month period of 1st April 2017 to 31st March 2019 at a total cost of £889,499 to The Metro Centre (the lead provider for a consortium including Positive East, Spectra and CNWL NHS Foundation Trust).

 

2      To waive contract standing order 9 to extend the contract for Channel Planning & Evaluation to Manning Gottlieb OMD for the 24 month period 1st April 2017 to 31st March 2019 at a total cost of £80,000.

 

3      To waive contract standing order 9 to extend the contract for Creative Design and Production to George & Dragon for the 24 month period 1st April 2017 to 31st March 2019 at a total cost of £100,000.

4      To waive contract standing order 9 to extend the contract for Media Purchasing to Carat for the 24 month period 1st April 2017 to 31st March 2019 at a maximum total cost of £916,945.

5      To approve Lambeth’s contribution to the programme at a cost of £115,425 per year over the 24 month period, 1st April 2017 to 31st March 2019.
