Purpose:
In 2013 the Cabinet approved the designation
of the Enterprise Zone to part fund through business rates
collected in the zone the construction of the Northern Line
Extension, and limited the zone to two sites.
This report proposes the extension of the Enterprise Zone to
include site a third site which may be developed in the future, and
thus contribute to the yield of the zone.
