Purpose:
The tendering and award of contracts for this
London-wide programme (hosted, commissioned and managed by Lambeth)
for HIV prevention. The services comprise outreach, condom
distribution and media campaigns.
Decision:
Media Campaign
1. To award the contract for Media and communications: Channel Planning to Manning Gottlieb for the LHPP for the period 12th January 2015 to 31st March 2017 at a total cost of £118,055.
2. The award the contract for Media and communications: Creative Media to Team Enter for the LHPP for the period 12th January 2015 to 31st March 2017 at a total cost of £265,000.
3. To award the contract for Media and communications: Media buying to Carat for the LHPP for the period 12th January 2015 to 31st March 2017 at a maximum total cost of £916,945.
Condom Distribution
1. To award the contract for the LHPP condom distribution and outreach service for the period 1st April 2015 to 31st March 2017 at a total cost of £946,276 to The Metro Centre (who is the lead provider for a consortium also including Positive East, West London Gay Men’s Project and Freedoms)
