The attached report seeks to obtain authority to award a contract to Tribal Education for the provision of an Integrated Management Information System to commence on 1st July 2014 for a total of 12 years with contractual bi-annual review clauses,  following the outcome of a competitive tender undertaken via the Open Procedure and OJEU process.
