Lot 1: Contract for Independent Living & Medication Support Service (Community/Floating Support):

1.         To approve the contract award for Lot 1 to Look Ahead Housing & Care.

2.         To approve the award of a 3-year contract with the option to extend for an additional 2 years subject to performance and outcomes. The contract shall commence on 01 October 2022 and end on 30 September 2025, with an option to extend by a further 2 years to 30 September 2027.

3.         To approve the annual contract value of £653,733.65, with a total contract value of £3,268,668.25 over the 5-year term.

Lot 2: Contract for Peripatetic Recovery and Reablement Service (Supported Accommodation):

1.         To approve the contract award for Lot 2 to Metropolitan Thames Valley (MTVH).

2.         To approve the award of a 3-year contract with the option to extend for an additional 2 years subject to performance and outcomes. The contract shall commence on 01 October 2022 and end on 30 September 2025, with an option to extend by a further 2 years to 30 September 2027.

3.         To approve the annual contract value of £342,719.86, with a total contract value of £1,713,599.28 over the 5-year term.

Lot 3: Contract for Step Forward Recovery Cluster (Supported Accommodation):

1.         To approve the contract award for Lot 3 to Look Ahead Housing & Care.

2.         To approve the award of a 3-year contract with the option to extend for an additional 2 years subject to performance and outcomes. The contract shall commence on 01 October 2022 and end on 30 September 2025, with an option to extend by a further 2 years to 30 September 2027.

3.         To approve the annual contract value of £756,030.63, with a total contract value of £3,780,153.14 over the 5-year term.

To approve the combined annual contract value for Lots 1, 2 and 3 of £1,752,484.13, with a total contract value of £8,762,420.67 over the 5-year term.
