Purpose:

1.         To have regard to the EQIA prepared for the purpose of this report (Appendix F).

 

2.         Following consideration of the representations and, specifically the objections received in respect of various EV recharging bay proposals as detailed in Appendix D, to authorise the making of Traffic Management Orders (TMOs) for the proposed EV bays listed in Appendix G to this report and the implementation of these EV bays.

 

3.         To agree to the implementation of these measures under sections 6, 45, 46, 49, 124 and Schedule 1 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
