1. To approve a variation to Lambeth’s contract with Aspire Wellbeing, Day Service for Adults with Physical Disabilities and Sensory Impairment, at an additional value of £97,000 per annum. This variation will begin on 1 April 2022, and run for 12 months until 21 March 2023, with an option to extend for up to 24 months until 31 March 2025 for a total maximum additional contract value of £291,000 and a total maximum contract value over 3 years of £2,596,000.
