This report seeks approval to vary the
Council’s existing Pension Administration Software contract
to increase the 2020/21 budget for this service.
Lambeth Pensions has a contract with Heywood Ltd for the provision of pensions administration software which is due to expire in March 2021. £1,013,115 was approved for the five-year term of the contract commencing on the 1 April 2016 and running to the 31 March 2021. Due to additional services being required a variation of £140,000 is needed up to the contract end date.
1. To approve the variation to the existing pension administration software with Heywood Ltd for £140,000 from a current contract value of £1,013,115 to an estimated total contract value of £1,153,115 up to the contract end date of 31 March 21.
