Purpose:
This is to extend the children’s IFA
Provider Framework, for a second time, for a period of 12 months
(1st April 2019 to 31st March 2020). The total cost of the
extension is estimated at £2,835,000 (7 providers at an
annual estimated spend of £405,000 each).
Decision:
1. To note the spend from 01 April 2019 to 02 January 2020 for an amount of £1,650,000.
2. To extend the Framework Agreement for the Children’s Independent Fostering Agencies (IFA) by a period of 12 months from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2020 at a total cost of £2,200,000. The proposals are made under Lambeth Standing Orders 17.2 (b) - Demonstrable Best Interest and 17.2(b) - Extension as a Waiver.
