Decision:

1.    To approve and allocate £7.5m in 2019/20 to capital investment for the Highways Improvement Programme (HIP), financed as detailed in Table 1 of the report.

 

2.    To approve and allocate s106 and Strategic CIL.

 

3.    To approve the programme of works that form the 2019/20 Highways Improvement Programme.

 

4.    To agree the commitment of a further £15m to be added to the capital pipeline, with the programme of future works to be the subject of future delegated decision reports.
