Decision:
(1) To waive Section 9.2 of the Council’s Contract Standing Orders for the contracts referenced MH1-MH10, listed in Appendix 1.
(2) To extend Lambeth Council adult mental health contracts (see Table at 2.4 at p.3) referenced MH1 – MH8 by 18 months, from 1 April 2019 to 30 September 2020; contract referenced MH9 by 12 months from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2020; and contract referenced MH10 by 12 months from 1 October 2019 to 30 September 2020. The total value of the recommended contract extensions is, £4,418,886.50.
