Decision:

(1) To award a contract to Guys and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust for the provision of a structured and evidence based Tier 2 adult weight management service to run from 1st April 2019 until 31st March 2021 at a maximum value of £360,000 per year with the option of a 1+1 extension (to 31st March 2023) bringing the total maximum value of the contract (including a two year extension) to £1,440,000.
